2024 Spring Home Tour
Good morning and happy first day of Spring! Today I am inviting you into my 2024 Spring Home Tour. I opted for a minimalist approach with my spring decorations, saving my grand ideas for the upcoming summer. For now, I’ve made subtle changes to each room, aiming to infuse them with a refreshing vibe after the cozy winter decorations. Ready to take a tour?

Welcome to My 2024 Spring Home Tour
Hi friends, come on in! Today I am taking you on a full interior tour of our home in all of it’s Spring glory. Here in Colorado the outside hasn’t quite caught up yet so we will save that for another time!
Grab a yummy drink, settle in and get ready because today there are A LOT of pictures. I was lucky to have the talented Rachel from Lumen Creative come over and take these stunning pictures of our home a few weeks ago.
2024 Spring Entry
Let’s start off in our entry. I still have my live boxwood wreath from Trader Joe’s that I bought this past winter.
However, now it is fully preserved and dried. I love the pop of green it adds above our beloved tattered pew!
The blue color in our entryway woodwork is the color Slate Tile by Sherwin Williams. It is slightly different from the color of our kitchen that you will see here in a bit.
The rug was a vintage flea market find and I love that it is unique and adds a fun pop of color!
Just around the corner in our entry is one of my favorite little spots. Here is my little pine dresser that I found on Facebook Marketplace for $40!
I have had this old blue shutter here for ages but layered in some fun Spring colors with art, books and the lamp.
I’m not sure if you can see, but the runner on top of the dresser is just some fabric folded nicely from JoAnn with green bunnies on it. My mom and I found it out shopping one day and knew it would be perfect for Spring and affordable too!

2024 Sitting Area
Across from the pine dresser and in a little pop out area is a sweet little sitting nook.
You might have noticed that I LOVE mixing patterns and colors. This blue plaid chair has been with us since our former home and I love how it works with this floral tablecloth and the art in this nook.
Funny story… I actually got my mom this tablecloth for Christmas and she is letting me borrow it. I need to give it back to her! But she is alwasy so sweet to share her decor with me.

2024 Spring Kitchen
Now let’s head into our kitchen. This beautiful blue space was one of the first areas I saw and fell in love with three years ago when we looked at this home. The color in here on the walls, cabinets and trim is called Blustery Sky by Sherwin Williams.
I kept things simple in here with some small pieces of art and the usual cutting boards. I love how they contrast against the marble backsplash.
Just the other day I was having a chat with a friend about how risky it was to have marble counters. Well, I love how we have marble on just the back counters and butcher block on the island. It makes it doable for us.
Our wood counters over on the island are stained a walnut color and if you were to see them up close you would see that they are pretty beat up. But that’s because we actually live here!
My mom and I added these wicker rattan lights last year and I am STILL loving them in this space.
Even with an all blue kitchen I still love to use blues in my decor along with greens. Those are my two favorite colors which I’m sure wasn’t hard to figure out. Ha!
The white poppies you see are faux and I love how they look so realistic. I’m craving flowers and all things Spring!
A few more pictures of our kitchen accessories before we head into the dining room.

2024 Spring Dining Room
Through the swinging door is our dining room. It sits just behind the wall our stove is on in our kitchen. You can access it through the kitchen or family room.
I love the light in here and we opted to forgo curtains to make sure there was even more light from the windows.
Remember the tree in our nook up on the table by my blue plaid chair? Well it use to be in this gorgeous blue and white fish bowl. Since it was in need of a new plant I decided to add this faux fiddle leaf tree in it.
It fits perfect in the bowl and this corner! Would you believe that a friend gave me this huge bowl/planter for free? It’s true, and I was so thankful and excited when she dropped it by.
A simple Spring floral arrangement on the table and I called it good for Spring decor in our dining room!

2024 Spring Family Room
Our Spring family room is where we do most of our living so it must be comfy and functional!
We have 6 in our family (only 4 living here currently) but always lots of people over. So seating is a necessity.
It can sometimes feel like we have a lot of chairs but I love them all and we use them!
Blues and greens are perfect for Spring so I tried to pull them out as much as I could in this space.
The green throws I have on my matching white chairs I found at our church during our U Count Marketplace in January.
They are actually kantha sari quilts made by survivors of human trafficking. UCOUNT is a non-profit organization that empowers survivors of human trafficking by providing them with economic opportunities and supporting their journey. Shop the marketplace HERE!
Across the family room sits my favorite boxwood green dresser. Once again my mom was so sweet and let me borrow this beautiful angel print of hers to change things up a bit in my decor.
To bring out color I stacked books and added some faux hydrangeas and greenery in a wicker vase. The greenery trailing down was my mom’s idea and I love it!
If you can’t tell my mom and I have a lot of fun decorating together. And if you are new around here she has a monthly segment called Tuesdays With Tracy. See all of her past ones here.
Our white brick fireplace is a focal point in this spot so I kept it clean for our Spring decor this year. A lot of greenery and a round mirror for
Would you believe the paper whites in the bowl below are fake? Yep! And the gorgeous bowl I recently found out thrifting. It was $6.99!
Our family room also gets a lot of great light and so it is easy to add fun colors is all of my accents. The candlesticks were a gift from my mom, the lamp was a Home Goods find and the books are from around our home.
I love mixing the old with the new!

2024 Spring Office
One space I probably don’t share enough is our “moffice”, aka man office. This is Mike’s space where he stores and displays his whiskey collections.
He is a good man and doesn’t mind me adding in some decor as well. We also both played sports in college and love sports so we have some of our own along with collected memorabilia displayed.
The blue in here is Sea Serpent by Sherwin Williams. The leather chairs and rug are from Pottery Barn but I got them all at a local consignment shop!
Spring Office Sources: leather swivel chairs | blue and white ginger jar | nested tables | goose neck lights |
2024 Spring Master Bedroom
Ok, lets head upstairs and take a look around our Spring master bedroom.
Once again you will notice a lot of blues and greens.
In this space I wanted bright greens and soft blues for a calming feel. The blue floral duvet was the starting place along with our chambray blue linen euro shams.
Mike’s side table has a display of a few of the vintage flower frogs that I collect. I’m sure he wonders what the heck they are. Ha!

2024 Spring Kid’s Bedrooms
Both of the girl’s rooms were clean so we were able to capture them! Last year I did a tween bedroom makeover for Crosby and she still loves it.
Grace’s room is up next and I did her makeover a few years ago. She still loves it and so do I! Both girls love color and their spaces and this is all a mom can ask for.
Both spaces also match their personalities as well!

2024 Spring Bathrooms
We have come to the end of the tour and today I am sharing our master bathroom along with the girl’s bathroom.
I’m not sure I have ever truly shared these spaces so I wanted to include them this year. I don’t decorate them for any season so you will see them as they always are. Jus t a bit cleaner! ha!
Our master bathroom is basically in our room but is able to be closed off by two doors.
The vanity looks vintage but it is a remake. I think it is really an unusual piece that adds a lovely touch to this space.
Now for the girl’s bathroom which is just down the hall! It has green painted beadboard walls, pedestal sinks and vintage touches with the lights and tub!
And did you notice the cute plaid tile? So fun!
When we moved in we had these pink towels so I scored the internet for the perfect shower curtain for this fabulous tub and found this floral beauty at Anthropologie!
