Happenings at Home
Can you believe it is already December 16th?
We have had a full and busy week and weekend full of basketball, dance and fun Christmas parties. I am feeling so blessed and soaking up all of these memories and time together.
Next week will be even more fun especially since my birthday is on the 22nd! Yay! I’ll be 44 ( I had to ask my husband how old I was🤣) The plan is to get a facial, have lunch with the hubs and then have a family game night at our house. I am SO excited because everyone coming is supposed to wear matching pajamas.
Do you have any fun plans? How is your shopping going? I am close to being sone but haven’t wrapped a single thing! yikes…nothing like waiting until the last minute, right?!
Most of all I want to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas (or Hannukah) from our family! May you feel loved and blessed during this magical time of year.
And I don’t know about you but I am so excited to place our baby Jesus in his manger on Christmas morning! It is one of my all time favorite traditions.
But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
– Luke 2:10-12

Great photos and a early happy birthday to you, I wouldn’t like being born close to Christmas I have a friend Jonathon who’s birthday is the 23rd and he said as a child his birthday and Christmas would usually be combined and he hated it.
Thank you! I actually don’t mind having a birthday close to Christmas because my parents made a big deal of making it special. They even let me choose what month to have my parties as a child. But I know it is different for other people. Hope you have a great week!
