Happenings at Home

Happy Saturday! This morning we are heading out with our oldest and his fiancé to look at a townhouse they just bought! After that we are going to watch Crosby ( our youngest play in her first volleyball match. Volleyball was my sport so I am so excited to see her trying it out!

Grace has no basketball games this weekend for once and so she is finally able to start her drivers ed classes. I can not believe she will be 15 in March! Mike and I are preparing ourselves for another driver.

This week seemed to fly by for me! I spent most of the week busy at home taking down most of our Christmas decor ( I still have a few naked trees up) and once again working on a very exciting project that I plan to launch the first or second week of February.

Also, did you see my email and the pinecone story I shared on Wednesday? Well if so here is one of the large pinecones I bought. Ha! And if you missed it you can read it here.

Exciting News

I shared a teaser about it last Saturday but wanted to let you know a bit more about my new signature zinnia guide and Lazy Girl’s Garden Club that I will be starting this year. If you have followed me for awhile now you know I LOVE flowers!

This new community will be a gathering place for us all to fall in love with planting our own flower beds full of the best lazy girl flower, the zinnia!

I will share all of my tips and tricks with you inside of our special garden club and I promise to share my simple yet effective lazy girl methods as well!

So many other fun ideas are planned too and if you want to be one of the first ones to get in on this with me then add your name to the waitlist here!

This Week On The Blog

This was a lite week on the blog. I updated one of my older but most popular posts. Have you heard of jadeite? I have a small collection and did some research on a few pieces I had. Come check out my post, Jadeite: Old vs. New.
