Happenings at Home
How are you my friend? I’m hanging in there! My mind has been all over the place lately and I am really looking forward to this weekend.
Today is a big day! Today is Hudson’s 21st birthday! How can this be? I swear he was just 3 and playing hockey in our family room? He has grown into an amazing young man and I am so blessed to be his step-mom.
Can you believe he wants to go out with all of us for his birthday? We will be going to a fun put-put golf place in Denver. His mom and step dad will join as well as a few of his friends. It will be fun for sure!
At the same time I will be with Crosby this weekend in Denver at her very first dance convention, HEAT! She is so excited and I am so excited for her.
And back home on Sunday afternoon just in time for the Super Bowl. Will you be watching the Super Bowl on Sunday? Who are you cheering for? I am cheering for the Niners. I grew up and was born in Northern California. Plus my parents have some friends on their staff. wither way it will be a fun one to watch!
This Week On The Blog
This week on the blog I was a bit quiet for good reason…I have been working on my sister brand, The Lazy Girl’s Garden Club!
I sent an email out to you all as well detailing it for you, but if you want to take a peek at what I’m talking about you can see all the details here!
On this page you can sign up for my waitlist for when I will launch my signature zinnia guide and VIP garden club membership. This will open on February 16th! I hope you will join me.🪷
I also have started a really fun Instagram page dedicated to all things zinnias and it has taken off! You can catch all the fun here.
Yesterday I also shared a post all about how to create a fresh flower arrangement in a basket!
Coming Up On the Blog
Next week I hope to finally have my post done all about our blue kitchen and the best blue paint colors for kitchen cabinets.
And on Tuesday my mom will have a brand new Tuesday’s With Tracy post to share with you all.
So, make sure to check your email and spam boxes. For some reason a lot of my emails have not been showing up or have been going to spam. Maybe try adding me to your contacts if you want to see my emails!

Just dropped by to say Hi and have a read on this wet Saturday morning
Hello my friend! Have a wonderful week!
Be careful today! We have 8” of snow and it’s still snowing – just north of Brighton! Happy 21st to the birthday boy!
Thank you Karen! We survived the crazy weather, ugh. Stay warm!
Zinnias really are the best lazy girl flower, Kelly. I’m so happy to see your passion for these bright and beautiful blooms. Happy 21st birthday to your stepson. They grow up so incredibly fast. Hugs!
