Welcome Home Saturday
Hello friends! Welcome to this week’s edition of Welcome Home Saturday, a weekly series where several of my friends and I gather every Saturday on our blogs to share what is inspiring us around the web. Plus, catch a peek into what’s been happening with me lately.

Happenings at Home
How are you my friend? I don’t usually like to start off chatting about the weather but how has it been in your neck of the woods? Here in Colorado we have had a few days of 60 degree weather days and now I am getting so excited for Spring!
Of course in the middle of those days it also snowed and rained. God likes to keep us Coloradoans on our toes. 😉
The high school basketball season wrapped up for Grace and now she is off to soccer tryouts for high school. I m so proud of her and all of her hard work this season! It’s about to get busy with her club sports as also starting up soon.
Crosby finished two dance conventions already this month and is in love. However, she has been having some knee pains. We thought it was growing pains but we finally took her to the doctor and found out she has Osgood Schlatter disease.
It usually happens when they’re growing like crazy, especially if they’re super active in sports that involve a lot of running and jumping (her dance). It can make this painful lump below their knee. But the good news is, it tends to sort itself out once their growth settles down. So, nothing to stress about too much thankfully.
All things Zinnias and Spring
The rest of us have just been busy with our own stuff. I’ve been doing a lot of fun things over on my Lazy Girl’s Garden Club Instagram page and having so much fun getting ready for the planting season and promoting my new downloadable Zinnia Guide!
For those of you who are flower loves too I got my special Floret zinnias seeds in the mail yesterday and to say that I was excited would be an understatement!
I have also been getting the house Spring ready. New pictures coming soon!
This Week On The Blog
This week on the blog I FINALLY shared a new blog post all about our blue kitchen and the Best Blue Paint Colors for Kitchen Cabinets! It’s a fun one and I hope you will stop by and check it out.
Speaking of blues, as you know its my favorite color. So I couldn’t help rounding up a fun blue inspired Spring decor collage for you!
