Happenings at Home

Oh my word it’s here…December! My favorite month of the year! Mostly because it’s Jesus’s birthday month and mine too. Today we are headed to our first cookie party of the season and we are bringing our favorite shortbread cookies!

We have a lot to catch up on because last Saturday I skipped my weekly Welcome Home Saturday post. Nut I couldn’t not share that we had an amazing Thanksgiving and my Aunt Pam (my mom’s sister) even flew in from California to join us! We had a lot of fun with her. I hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful too!

Grace has been super busy with basketball and she is loving it! She played with the varsity at the scrimmage and is currently at a 3 game tournament with them this weekend. It has been so fun to see her loving her teammates and playing basketball.

Ms. Crosby has been busy too. She had 2 Christmas dance performances Thursday and Friday. The pictures are from her Friday performance where she was an elf and danced at the Realties for Children tree lighting. She loves her team and we love watching her do what she loves!

A Holiday Photshoot

As for me I had a fun photoshoot with Rachel from Lumen Creative (who I highly recommend) and she captured our house in all of its Christmas glory!

The photos she took even helped get our home featured in Home Studio List’s Holiday Campaign. You can see that here!

She also got some new headshots of me that I just love! These are jsut a few of my favorites.

This Week On The Blog

This week was the Bloggers’ Best Holiday Home Tours and I am so blessed to be the host! The tours started off with 6 homes on Monday, ours being one of those! Then every day until yesterday, 5 or 6 new bloggers shared their tours too!
